DAAB will use point cloud data to create an Autodesk Revit model. Choose from our standard Architectural package or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages based on your project needs. DAAB provides a range of downloadable point cloud
formats, including.LGS, RCP/RCS and .e57.

You will always know what is behind any wall by having access to the 360 pictures and point clouds generated before the drywall goes up. Captures overlapping images of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and all other systems in every wall and ceiling, before sheetrock or drywall installation.
We scan your slab assembly before the concrete pour. You will have access to an exact digital replica of your slab assembly.
Captures systems and structural components that will be covered up once a slab is poured or placed over them. The shoot occurs just before the pour/placement.
Accurate existing condition reports typically in 2D that meet and exceed BOMA Standards to help you determine your usable space.
